No Ceiling to Faith

True faith persists. Since the Word does not change, neither should our faith. In Christ, the answer is yes and amen. His sacrifice settled the matter. Jesus suffered in our place. He bore every sickness and every pain. Therefore, our healing is complete, and it is unnecessary to put up with lingering symptoms. Since he addressed the problem of sickness completely, believers can enjoy his healing power completely. Never settle with just enough healing to get by. Accepting symptoms as they are is not a sign of humility or patience. True humility and patience insist on receiving the work of Christ in its entirety.

Faith is a gift from God. It does not begin in man, and it does not grow by human effort. It comes by hearing the Word, then God grants the increase of faith. There is no ceiling to faith because there is no ceiling to God. Growing in faith is a lifelong exercise because the measure of faith can increase without limit. So the believer never settles with just enough to get by. He can grow into the fullness of Christ in wisdom and in power. He can become like Jesus as he taught and wrought miracles on earth.
